A typical 8 × 4 m pool takes 8–12 weeks including excavation, shell, waterproofing, tiling, equipment installation, commissioning and deck finishing. Curing and waterproofing periods set the minimum timeline.
Common causes are failed waterproofing, cracked shell, leaking light niches, skimmer or pipe joints, and evaporation in summer. We pressure-test the circuit and inspect the shell to identify the true cause before quoting repairs.
Yes. Weekly and monthly maintenance contracts cover water testing, chemical dosing, filter cleaning, equipment checks and seasonal adjustments.
In many cases yes — new mosaic or glass tiling, LED lighting, upgraded pumps and filters, new coping and deck, and modern water features transform a dated pool at a fraction of rebuild cost.
