A complete ground-floor transformation for Marina View Hotel in Dubai. The marble entrance lobby features a revolving door, double-height glazing over the marina skyline, a sunburst medallion floor in brown and gold, and a mezzanine balcony overlooking the arrival court.
Works included the deep-green velvet lounge with a large abstract canvas and full-height windows, the timber-panelled reception hall with circular medallion floor, and the restaurant with banquette seating, buffet line and banquet tables — planned from 3D layouts through to setting-out on site. Stone, joinery, MEP and lighting were delivered under one accountable contract.
