A full lobby and public-area renovation of an operating hotel in Dubai, delivered in phases so the property stayed open throughout. The new arrival lounge pairs beige stone wall cladding with a bronze-mirror ring ceiling feature, ivory sofas with red accent cushions, and a rich red patterned carpet that ties the seating zones together.
The scope covered the entrance lobby, all-day lounge with curved banquettes, reception back-wall, guest corridors, suite lounge and the main porte-cochère with new red ceiling coffers and hotel signage. MEP, lighting and joinery were upgraded together under one contract, so each zone was handed over clean and snag-free in a single pass.
