A large family villa on a corner plot in Emirates Hills, delivered as a complete turnkey package: structure, MEP, interiors, pool and landscape under one contract. The client was based overseas for most of the programme and managed everything through weekly reports and video walkthroughs.
The design uses a double-height entrance, stone-clad feature walls and full-height glazing to the pool deck. Early MEP coordination avoided the ceiling drop that usually follows a late automation decision.
