MedArt Clinic Dubai is an upscale aesthetic medical and wellness clinic delivered in strict compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) clinical standards while establishing a warm, hospitality-inspired patient journey. The spatial design is anchored by a dramatic curved arrival lobby featuring acoustic timber slat wall cladding, a multi-tiered circular ceiling with warm architectural cove lighting, and an elegant suspended droplet crystal chandelier.
A central focal point of the arrival hall is the bespoke wave-fluted timber reception desk paired with a signature floor-to-ceiling preserved green moss acoustic feature wall bearing 3D brushed metallic MedArt branding. Beyond the reception, the facility accommodates specialized physician consultation suites with floating joinery, fully equipped examination and procedure rooms with clinical privacy curtains and medical-grade finishes, a boutique patient powder room with custom mosaic portrait art, and a dedicated executive VIP lounge and pantry.
Alruqi Almotamiza Building Contracting executed the entire turnkey scope, including specialized MEP services, clinical-grade ventilation and zoned HVAC systems, antibacterial seamless flooring, acoustic wall treatments, and custom architectural joinery manufactured in our in-house workshop.
